FAQ

What does the agent do?

It attaches your computer to your portal account when you approve it, then makes outbound-only connections to send a small heartbeat (device name, OS, agent version) every minute so the portal shows it online.

How do I add more computers?

Run the installer on each one and approve it with the same account. You can see and remove your computers any time at portal.replypilot.ca/agent-hub. IT administrators can also deploy to many machines at once with a deployment code (--code).

Is it safe to run a downloaded script?

Installers are unsigned plain-text scripts, so your OS may show a warning. Read the file, and verify its checksum above, before running it.

How do I uninstall?

Run the same installer with --uninstall (Windows: -Uninstall). It removes the service and all files.
